With over two decades of experience across dynamic corporate environments and leading educational institutions, Laith Dajani brings a wealth of strategic and operational expertise to INREGU. As Interim Chief Business Officer, he leads the global expansion of INREGU’s Executive Education portfolio, fostering partnerships and driving innovative growth strategies.

Previously, Laith served as Assistant Director for the Global Executive MBA Program at INSEAD, one of the world’s top business schools. In this role, he contributed to shaping the learning experience of global executives and strengthening INSEAD’s reputation for delivering world-class leadership education.

Before joining INREGU, Laith held senior leadership roles in executive education. At Leeds University Business School, he shaped the vision for Executive Education, developing cutting-edge leadership programs, building strategic alliances, and driving sustainable growth.

Earlier, as part of the leadership team at the William J. Clinton Leadership Institute, Laith played a key role in revitalizing the institute’s direction—transforming its portfolio through innovative program design, strategic partnerships, and the successful introduction of new online and hybrid leadership programs. Within two years, his efforts contributed to a significant turnaround and strengthened the institute’s market position.

Fluent in English and Arabic, Laith draws on his cross-cultural communication skills to cultivate and sustain strong international relationships that support INREGU’s global mission.
