Smart City - INREGU

Urban Digital Transformation

The Rise Of The Smart & Sustainable City

INREGU organises international executive workshops on urban digital transformation in Lyon, Dubai, Lucknow and San Francisco. This workshop can also be delivered in the city of your choice based on the size of the group.

Modern city, Digital city, Intelligent city, Ubiquitious city, Ecologic city, Sustainable city…  Since 2010 in Europe, “Smart City” initiatives have been considered a useful vehicle for cities to achieve their European 2020 targets. In India, Prime Minister Modi launched the Smart City Mission in 2014. Dubai wants to become the smartest and happiest city in the world.Building on three views of digital transformation — the strategic view, the organisational view and the innovation view — these workshops provide a comprehensive approach to understand and lead urban projects through a digital transformation. With an emphasis on ‘how-to’, participants leave the program with actionable plans on:

  • How to analyse and respond to urban digital transformation?
  • How to adapt urban infrastructures to be digital-ready?
